A new chapter is being written at Le Brasero.
Since 1995, I’ve had the good fortune to bring Le Brasero to life, to watch this establishment grow, and above all, to welcome guests year after year—many of whom have become familiar faces.
After more than 30 years at the helm of this wonderful adventure, the time has come for me to slow down a bit and enjoy my retirement more fully.
But rest assured… I’m not going very far!
I’ll remain the owner of Le Brasero, and even as I gradually hand over day-to-day management to the next generation, I’ll always keep a watchful eye on this place that’s so dear to my heart. I’ll still be around to offer support, and you’ll still have the chance to run into me at the restaurant. Besides, it would be hard for me to go too long without stopping by to say hello!
Today, I’m especially happy to see my two daughters and my son-in-law gradually taking over the management of the restaurant.
Le Brasero remains, more than ever, a family affair.
And even as a new generation steps in, the essentials remain the same.
Our cuisine, our wood-fired grilled dishes, the quality of our ingredients, our team, and the values that have defined Le Brasero’s identity since 1995 will remain at the heart of the restaurant.
Our kitchen team also remains the same. And when I say we value stability: our most recent addition to the Brasero kitchen has already been with us for 10 years! This loyalty perfectly embodies the spirit of our restaurant.
My daughters and my son-in-law are now committed to carrying on this legacy, while bringing a fresh dynamic, new ideas, and their own energy—all while honoring what we’ve built together over the years.
For me, it’s a source of great pride to see this new generation carry on the adventure.
Thank you all for your trust and loyalty since 1995.
A new chapter is beginning, but the history, the team, and the spirit of Le Brasero live on.
And as for me… I’ll never be very far away.
